Common topics
- Sign-in issues: Confirm you’re using the same method (email, Apple, or Google) you used to create your account. Reset your password from the sign-in screen if you use email.
- Photos not saving: Check that GymSync has camera or photo library permission in your device settings.
- Notifications: Reminders depend on system permissions. Enable notifications for GymSync in your device settings if you want alerts.
- Data & privacy: See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to exercise your choices.
Reporting inappropriate content
GymSync lets you share workout photos and notes with your accountability partner. If you see content that violates our Terms or makes you uncomfortable, you can report it from the app:
- Open Profile → Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Report Content under About.
- Choose a category, describe the issue, and send the report via email.
We review reports within 48 hours. For immediate relief, you can remove your partner from Profile → Partner Sync, which stops them from seeing your new activity. For serious or repeated abuse, contact us and we may suspend accounts after investigation.
